Challenged with creating a collaborative task management app, the objective was to develop a platform where users can seamlessly create lists and assign tasks which can be completed collaboratively by team members.

With only a description of its core functionalities at hand, I began researching current competitors in the market to gain a better understanding of existing solutions. I then initiated discussions with the client across various design stages to gather insights and refine the app’s functionalities.

I then created the user flow and designed all app screens, ensuring visual consistency while also collaborating closely with developers. Additionally, I developed collateral for the Apple store to ensure effective promotion and drive downloads for the app.
